Representative’s Declaration

By this this declaration, I, as a member and elected representative (“Representative”) of Advance UK (“Advance” or the “Party”), declare as follows:

1. I will:

Uphold the values, principles, and Mission Statement (as set out at https://www.advanceuk.org.uk/mission) of Advance UK. Further, I will support the policies of the Party, recognizing that not all policies will be to my liking.
Participate actively, to the extent reasonably required, in training, meetings, and Party initiatives.
Conduct myself professionally, with integrity, courteously, and respect for others.
Comply with all lawful and reasonable instructions issued to me by authorised Party officers.

2. Data Protection

I consent to Advance UK securely storing and processing my personal data for legitimate Party activities, in line with UK data protection laws.

3. Term & Termination

I will continue to abide by these declarations until I cease to be a Representative.

4. Further Declaration

I further declare that:

I have not, in the past, acted in a manner which could bring the Party into disrepute;
I will not, in the future, act in a manner which could bring the Party into disrepute;
I am not a member of any extremist or proscribed organisation;
All information I have provided to the Party is, to the best of my knowledge, true and accurate.

I agree to the above and accept that my affiliation or receipt of the party whip is bound by respect for these conditions *
